With years of experience in residential and commercial cleaning operations, he oversees business development, client relations, and company culture.

Shyla McKay — Co-Founder & Head of Cleaning Operations. Shyla leads the cleaning side of Lux Haven, developing the protocol-based checklists and quality standards that define every visit. Her hands-on background in cleaning operations ensures every technician delivers a consistent, high-quality clean.

Shyla McKay brings over 15 years of hands-on cleaning experience across Kootenai County, forming the foundation of how every Lux Haven technician is trained. Joshua McKay leads company operations, client experience, and growth strategy.
